Order of the phoenix Hair tutorial:
Approximate time: 30 min, unless sleeping with rollers or using hot rollers.
Step 1. Make sure your hair is free of all grease and gross stuff. If you just worked out and are all sweaty, take a shower, and if you want, put mousse in your hair for extra volume.
Step 2. (If you are sleeping with rollers, or using hot rollers just put the rollers in and skip this step.) If your hair is very sensitive, use a heat protection spray on your hair. Next, time to curl your hair! I like to use this video because it is easier to curl your hair with her tutorial. (Skip how she does her bangs)  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XuBmquHXA9U (copy and paste)
Step 3. If you have bangs, leave them out. If you don't brush where your bangs would be near your forehead.
Step 4. Hermione Braided her hair in a half braid, but you can also do a half ponytail. Take a section of half of your hair and either braid it or put it in a ponytail.
Step 5. Use hairspray if you want the style to stay in place all day!

Half-Blood prince tutorial:

Natural Make up look (No make up make up)
Obviously, If Hermione wore make up in the books, she would like to keep it natural. The Make-Up artist for the movies is smart enough to figure that out also. Here is my take on the perfect natural make up look!
Approximate time: 5-10 minutes, really depends how fast you are on blending
Products Needed: (if you don't feel comfortable with a certain step or product, just skip it, you want to feel  comfortable) Foundation, (Powder or cream) Concealer, Natural Blush (Cream blush looks most natural) Tinted or clear lip balm, Clear or brown mascara, (Black is clumpy and too dark) A light eyeshadow (white ish color)
Step 1. Make sure your face is clean! Wash your face with a non clogging face wash, and then moisturize. (If you are using Powder foundation, moisturizing is essential. It keeps the powder on longer)
Step 2. (If you are using cream foundation, use a light amount, you do not want to look caked on. If you are using powder, don't worry about it.) Put the foundation all over your face, but not too much. Don't forget to blend into your neck! (Tip: If you are wearing a tank top, blend into your shoulders)
Step 3. Put concealer under your eyes to reduce dark circles, and use the concealer on any acne to cover it up. (Tip: concealer wears off pretty easily, so bring a little bottle of it for touch ups, but don't touch up in public. Bring a compact mirror and after lunch go into the restroom stall with your concealer and mirror and touch up.) Use powder (if you have any) under your eyes and on the acne you covered up so you it won't look super caked on.
Step 4. Get those rosy cheeks girl! Use a blush that is very natural (Cream works best, but that is just my opinion) and then smile so you can see the apples of your cheeks. If you are using cream: Put a tiny bit on your finger and then blend. Repeat on the other cheek. If you are using powder: Using your blush brush (I love saying that) apply the blush in a C shaped motion. It really highlights your cheek bones and makes them more visible.
Step 5. Using a light eyeshadow that blends in and is light and not shimmery, highlight the three key points to looking bright eyes. (That is below your eyebrow, in the corners of your eyes and in the middle of your eyelid.) After you apply the eyeshadow, apply a clear or brown mascara. If you only have black mascara, try using an eyelash curler. They are only around two dollars at most drug stores.
Step 6. Moisturize your lips. Use a tinted lip balm for a more of a pink color or just use a clear medicated lip balm., and, YOUR DONE! Congrats, you look super pretty and not caked on, just enhanced!
